The project site is rectangular in shape, consisting of approximately 7,200 sq.ft. or 0.165 acre in size. The project site, within the Katherine Delmar Burke School campus, is set back from El Camino del Mar to the north and is also bounded by Lincoln Park to the west and 32nd Avenue to the east. Located in the Sea Cliff neighborhood, the project site is within the RH-1 (D) Residential, House, One-Family (Detached Dwellings) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District. The Project would require conditional Use authorization for modification to an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD) and authorization for expansion of an educational use.
