Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 40 (On-Sale Beer) alcoholic beverage license to Semere Mesfun, for The Unity Cafe located at 1661 Fillmore Street, will serve the public convenience and necessity of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code, with conditions.

2. 060558 [Liquor License Transfer, 430 Mason Street]
Resolution determining that the premises to premises exchange transfer of a Type 47 (On-Sale General Eating Place) license for a Type 48 (On-Sale General Public Premises) alcoholic beverage license from 635 Eighth Street to 430 Mason Street to Inner Circle Entertainment IV, LLC dba The Slide will serve the public convenience and necessity of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code, with conditions.

3. 060587 [Gift - Private (Mobile Mammography Van)]
Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Health, San Francisco General Hospital to accept a gift in the amount of $146,041 from the Avon Foundation, via the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, for the purchase of technical and logistical services in support of the operation of the mobile mammography facility vehicle, donated to the City in 2004, by the University of California, San Francisco. The mobile mammography facility vehicle provides services to indigent and under-served women in San Francisco.

4. 060682 [Child Abuse Prevention] Supervisors Ma, Dufty
Resolution approving the Three-Year County Plan for the Child Abuse Prevention, Intervention and Treatment program (CAPIT), Community Based Child Abuse Prevention program (CBCAP), and Promoting Safe and Stable Families program (PSSF), and establishing the San Francisco Child Abuse Council as San Francisco's child abuse prevention multidisciplinary coordinating body.

5. 060783 [Gifts to the Fire Department] Mayor

Ordinance (1) amending Chapter 12R of the San Francisco Administrative Code (Minimum Wage Ordinance) to impose an annual fee upon employers to defray the City's costs of implementing and enforcing the Minimum Wage Ordinance, (2) expanding the powers and duties of the Office of Labor Standard Enforcement to implement and enforce the Minimum Wage Ordinance, and (3) making findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8)(A), that the regulatory fees imposed by this ordinance are not a "project" and that such fees are imposed for the purpose of meeting operating expenses of the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement or successor department of the City and County of San Francisco, including employee wage rates, fringe benefits and other direct and indirect overhead charges, attributable to the implementation and enforcement of the Minimum Wage Ordinance.

Meeting Procedures
The Board of Supervisors is the Legislative Body of the City and County of San Francisco. The Board considers ordinances and resolutions, most of which have been the subject of hearings before the standing committees of the board at which members of the public are urged to testify. The full Board does not hold a second public hearing on measures which have been heard in committee.
Board procedures do not permit: 1) persons in the audience to vocally express support or opposition to statements by Supervisors or by other persons testifying; 2) ringing and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices, (Violators may be removed from the meeting room.) 3) signs to be brought into the meeting or displayed in the room; and 4)standing in the Legislative Chamber.
