Ordinance adding Section 5.09 to the Park Code to prohibit the keeping of elephants at the San Francisco Zoo by any City department or contractor.
Supervisor Dufty, seconded by Supervisor Alioto-Pier, moved that this Ordinance be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING NEW TITLE. The motion carried by the following vote:
