Ordinance amending Part II, Chapter X, of the San Francisco Municipal (Public Works) Code by adding Sections 1410-1413, requiring permanently affixed signs on shopping carts, requiring businesses with carts to post signs prohibiting removal from premises and to secure all carts during hours business is closed. 050010 [Amending Administrative Code Section 71.2 definition of qualified historic property]
Ordinance amending Administrative Code Section 71.2 to provide that where the interior of a property has or will be altered such that a majority of the interior is substantially equivalent to a new structure, the property is not a "qualified historic property" for the purpose of applying for an historical property contract and providing that non-historic additions to qualified historical properties are not eligible for Mills Act tax benefits from the City. 041611 [Authorization for a Local Disease Prevention Demonstration Project]
Ordinance authorizing the Department of Public Health to create and operate a Disease Prevention Demonstration Project to register pharmacies to sell or furnish hypodermic needles without a prescription as allowed under State law, such registration to consist of the department maintaining a list of participating pharmacies, providing such pharmacies with written information for customers on how to access drug treatment, HIV and Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and safe disposal of sharps waste.
