Under the settlement, the companies: (1) shall pay $7,000.00 to San Francisco to reimburse the City for its out-of-pocket costs arising out of the incident; (2) shall make a $96,000.00 donation to the San Francisco Clean City Coalition; and (3) agree to make best efforts to prevent the perpetration of similar acts in the future.
