The discharge is occurring near the top of Edgehill from a vertical pipe, topped by a metal grid plate at ground level, which appears to be a vent pipe from the sewer. It is immediately adjacent to a "No Parking" sign that is just across the street from 255 Edgehill Way. The house closest to this pipe is 280 Edgehill Way.
