Ordinance appropriating $243,723,524 in total sources and uses, including the de-appropriation of $125,321,506 in current project funding to use this source for appropriation, as well as appropriating an additional $26,055,079 of available Airport fund balance, $59,588,300 of grant authorization to accept and expend funds from the Federal Aviation Administration for projects related to security, runway and taxiway construction and improvements, $23,182,388 of grant authorization to accept and expend funds from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for viaduct construction, and $9,576,251 in interest income. These various sources and uses are herein appropriated for various San Francisco International Airport (SFIA) capital projects as detailed below to reflect the updated San Francisco International Airport Five-Year Capital Plan, Fiscal Year 2004-05 through Fiscal Year 2008-09.
