Ordinance amending the San Francisco Building Code by adding Section 106A.1.14 to require a permit for construction or reconstruction of a driveway unless the driveway construction or reconstruction work is approved under a building or site permit; by amending Table 1A-F to add a permit fee for construction of a permeable driveway surface; and by adding Chapter 13E to require new driveways to have a permeable surface; adopting findings, including environmental findings and findings required by California Health and Safety Code Section 17958.5. Resolution authorizing the issuance and delivery of multifamily housing revenue bonds (as defined herein) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000 for the purpose of providing financing for the construction of a multifamily rental housing project to be known as Geary Senior Housing, to consist of 150 housing units; approving the form of and authorizing the execution of an indenture of trust providing the terms and conditions of the bonds; approving the form of and authorizing the execution of a regulatory agreement and declaration of restrictive covenants; approving the form of and authorizing the execution of a loan agreement; ratifying and approving any action heretofore taken in connection with the bonds and the project; granting general authority to City officials to take actions necessary to implement this resolution; and related matters. 081039 [Accept-Expend Regional Grant - $16,100]
Resolution authorizing the Department of the Environment to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $16,100.00 from Altamont Education Advisory Board to expand recycling and lunchroom composting programs at schools in San Francisco. 081004 [Interim Controls On Major Rights of Way Along and Near the Southern 19th Avenue Corridor]
Resolution adopting more restrictive interim controls for a period of eighteen months that would require conditional use authorization for new residential developments over 20 units or for new commercial or retail developments over 50,000 square feet on both sides of the following rights of way along and near the Southern 19th Avenue Corridor: commencing at Lake Merced Boulevard where it begins at the County line, north along Lake Merced Boulevard to Sloat Boulevard, east along Sloat Boulevard to 19th Avenue, north along 19th Avenue to Taraval Street, east on Taraval Street to Claremont, south on Claremont to Portola, southwest on Portola to Junipero Serra Boulevard, and south on Junipero Serra Boulevard to the County line; adopting environmental findings and a determination of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
