Requesting/Inquiring: Requesting the City Attorney to draft an ordinance amending the San Francisco Park Code as follows:

Directs the Recreation and Park Department to maximize water efficiency and convert all irrigation systems to use Reclaimed Water by 2013.
Directs the City to ensure that all renovation of Park irrigation systems is compatible with the delivery of Reclaimed Water.
Directs the City to install water meters at all Park golf courses to ensure that the Department or course operator pay for all water used on the courses.
Directs Recreation and Park to ensure that all Park golf courses use Reclaimed Water as the PUC makes Reclaimed Water available.
Directs Recreation and Park to provide a schedule and budget for the conversion of irrigation systems to the Board of Supervisors by February 28, 2009.
