Ordinance authorizing the Department of Emergency Management (DEM) to retroactively accept and expend a Homeland Security Grant Program grant in the amount of $2,112,026 from the United States Department of Homeland Security, through the California Governor's Office of Homeland Security, for disaster planning, and amending Ordinance No. 141-08 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY 2008-2009) to reflect the addition of three grant-funded positions at the Controller's Office, Mayor's Office on Disability, and Animal Care and Control. Resolution terminating a Major Street Encroachment Permit and recognizing the termination of three Minor Street Encroachment Permits and Public Work Order No. 172,568, all pertaining to the installation and maintenance of streetscape improvements along portions of Fillmore Street between Post and McAllister Streets and transferring the ongoing maintenance responsibility for the streetscape improvements from the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency to the City in exchange for 1.8 million dollars. Resolution approving an amendment to the budget of the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco for fiscal year 2008-09 to reprogram $3,392,000 of funds budgeted for the Western Addition A2 Plan Area from the Muni Substation line item to the Western Addition A2 Revolving Loan Program line item in the amount of $2,492,000 to the Fillmore Jazz Preservation District Development Revolving Loan Program in the amount $500,000 and to a new Western Addition A2 property management line item in the amount of $400,000.
