Hearing to consider that the issuance of a Type 42 on-sale beer and wine public premises alcoholic beverage control license to Bishara Mudawar for Kabo, LLC Village Market, located at One Ferry Building, #29 (District 3), will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco.
2/15/08, RECEIVED AND ASSIGNED to City Operations and Neighborhood Services Committee. 2/15/08 - Sent letter to Planning and Police Dept. for comments and review. 2/19/08 - Received response from the Planning Dept. approving liquor license request.

Resolution determining that the issuance of a Type 42 on-sale beer and wine public premises license to Bishara Mudawar for Kabo, LLC, dba Village Market, located at One Ferry Building #29 (District 3), will serve the public convenience and necessity of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code, with conditions.
