[Eviction Moratorium on Owner Move-Ins]
Ordinance amending Administrative Code to prohibit, except under narrow circumstances, owner/relative move-in evictions that would result in the displacement of residential tenants who are 60 years of age or older or disabled and have been residing in the same rental unit for 10 years or more, or who are catastrophically ill and have been residing in the same rental unit for 5 years or more; this temporary moratorium would be in effect through June 30, 1999; and making technical non-substantive changes.
