Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Treatment Access Program, Community Behavioral Health Services (SFDPH, TAP, CBHS) to enter retroactively into an agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with The Regents of the University of California, University of California at Los Angeles Integrated Substance Abuse Program (UCLA, ISAP), the primary contractor, and expend funds in the amount of $100,000 to participate in a Proposition 36 research study, for the period of November 1, 2003 to November 1, 2005.
