NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled meeting of the Budget and Finance Committee on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 11:00 a.m.

If a quorum of the Board of Supervisors members is present, the chair will hold a Special Board of Supervisors meeting to discuss items on this Budget and Finance Committee Agenda.

Note: Each item on the Consent or Regular agenda may include the following documents: 1) Legislation 2) Budget Analyst report 3) Legislative Analyst report

Each member of the public will be allotted the same maximum number of minutes to speak as set by the Chair at the beginning of each item, excluding City representatives, except that public speakers using translation assistance will be allowed to testify for twice the amount of the public testimony time limit. If simultaneous translation services are used, speakers will be governed by the public testimony time limit applied to speakers not requesting translation assistance. Members of the public who want a document placed on the overhead for display should clearly state such and subsequently remove the document when they want the screen to return to live coverage of the meeting.

1. 080736 [Planning Code- Modifying the fee refund provisions for inclusionary housing projects] Mayor
Ordinance amending Planning Code Section 315.4 to limit refunds for environmental review, conditional use applications and fees covered in Planning Code Section 352 to only that portion of the housing project which is affordable and to clarify that the refund provision is only available to projects that filed on or after June 18, 2001; and making environmental findings and findings of consistency with the General Plan and priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.

Ordinance amending the San Francisco Planning Code by amending Article 3.5 to adjust fees for Planning Department services; and making Section 302 and environmental findings.

3. 080738 [Environmental review fees, Community Streamlined intake fee, and related fee] Mayor
Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by amending Sections 31.22 and 31.23 to increase environmental review fees 1.63 percent, to adopt a new fee for Determination of Historical Resources, and to increase fees to recover cost of producing area plans from projects in Plan Areas; adding Section 31.24 to adopt new fees for Community Streamlined Intake; and making environmental findings.

Consolidated Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance appropriating all estimated receipts and all estimated expenditures for the City and County of San Francisco for fiscal year ending June 30, 2009 and for the Municipal Transportation Agency fiscal years ending June 30, 2009 and June 30, 2010.
