Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $200,000 from the Metta Fund to support the Healthy San Francisco (HSF) program evaluation for the period of April 29, 2009, through April 28, 2011.
