Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in the amount of $1,925,719 to expand the City's treatment capacity for mentally ill parolees; for the period of June 1, 2009, through June 30, 2012.

Resolution authorizing designated City and County officials to execute and file on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco, a public entity established under the laws of the State of the California, any applications or agreements and to take any actions necessary to obtain federal financial assistance provided by the Federal Department of Homeland Security and sub-granted through the State of California, including the following grants: State Homeland Security Grant Program, Metropolitan Medical Response System and Citizen Corps Program.
