Hearing to consider how federal, state and local stimulus dollars would affect the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), San Francisco Community College District (SFCCD), and pre-school and after school programs in San Francisco. Also to consider the use and impact of Rainy Day Funds for the SFUSD.

090218 [2009 Summer Programs for Children and Youth in San Francisco] Supervisor Elsbernd
Hearing to review the 2009 summer programs for children and youth in San Francisco in order to discuss what programs will be available to the public and how best to access these programs. Hearing will also address current collaboration between the city, school district, and community partners to provide summer programs, and recommend ways to better coordinate in the future. Hearing will examine ways to more effectively promote these programs in order to increase awareness as to the availability of these opportunities.
