In the event the Budget Analyst reasonably determines that such methodology was materially flawed, the parties agree that the initial Base Rent shall be re-determined and established at Fair Market Rent existing immediately prior to the Commencement Date ("Fair Market Rent at Commencement"):".

By Supervisor Ammiano, that letter be sent to the Police Commission urging them to draft satisfactory procedures to develop an evidence policy.

By Supervisor Newsom, that City Attorney draft resolution urging the Department of Parking and Traffic to change the one hour parking meters in the West Portal shopping area from one hour to two hours.
