Resolution authorizing the Department of Administrative Services to enter into an operating and licensing agreement with Pacific Bell Telephone Company, a Northern California company, for the development and operation of the San Francisco Affinity Phone Card Program and implementation thereunder.

2. 001537 [Contracting out Offender Shelter Services]
Resolution concurring retroactively with the Controller’s certification that Shelter and Intake for Status Offenders services for the Juvenile Probation Department can practically be performed by private contractor at a lower cost commending July 1, 2000 than if work were performed by City employees at budgeted levels.
