The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisor was noted absent:

Supervisor Brown introduced and welcomed Dr. Tony Anderson, educator.

Dr. Anderson spoke brief of the San Francisco citywide Tutorial Program. A program to assist and provide San Francisco African American students with extended learning opportunities through after school enhanced learning activities in the areas of reading, writing, math and science.
