The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted absent:

Introduction of Guests
Supervisor Teng introduced, welcomed and presented a commendation to Mr. Min Sheng Su for his leadership, contributions and dedication to public service and to the field of journalism.

In recognition of the fifth anniversary of passage of Proposition P,which created the San Francisco Youth Commission, Supervisor Bierman introduced and welcomed Mari Villaluna and Anthony Valdez, members of the San Francisco Youth Commission, who addressed the Board briefly on the purpose of the commission.

2.Corroborate eyewitness accounts which indicate that the MUNI driver fled when the youths boarded the bus.

3.Identify who the MUNI driver was.

4.Explain why the MUNI driver did not report this incident to MUNI operations, Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

5.What actions are MUNI taking to better inform drivers of the need to report crimes that occur on MUNI?

6.How many of the assailants have been apprehended and charged?
