Monday, May 11, 1998 - 6:00 p.m. The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in special session on the above date with President Barbara Kaufman presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted present: Supervisors Ammiano, Brown, Kaufman, Leno, Newsom, Teng, Yaki, Yee-8. Noted absent at first roll call: Supervisors Bierman, Katz, Medina - 3.
