The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in special session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:02 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted absent:

Hearing appealing decision of the Director of Public Works by its letter dated June 21, 1999, disapproving a Minor Sidewalk Encroachment Permit No. 99MSE-356, to encroach into the sidewalk area a warped driveway ramp with two (2) railings for the proposed new garage at 1702 Fulton Street.
The representative from the Department of Public Works reported that a design solution was discussed with the appellant which will permit the department to approve the permit.

The President inquired if there was anyone present who wished to speak to this matter. There being no response, the President closed the public hearing on this item.
