The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Barbara Kaufman presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted present: Supervisors Ammiano, Brown, Katz, Kaufman, Medina, Teng, Yaki, Yee-8. Noted absent at first roll call: Supervisors Bierman, Leal, Newsom - 3.

Quorum present.

Supervisor Bierman was noted present at 2:01 p.m. Supervisor Leal excused. (See infra.) Supervisor Newsom was noted present at 2:01 p.m. SupervisorLealExcused The Clerk stated Supervisor Leal requested to be excused from attending today’s meeting. Supervisor Yaki, seconded by Supervisor Teng, moved to excuse Supervisor Leal from attendance.
