Requesting/Inquiring: To notify the Director of the Department of Human Services, Executive Director and Board of Directors of the Family Service Agency TAP Program that a hearing has been called to inquire into contract compliance and labor practices of the Family Service Agency TAP Program at 2730 Bryant Street; and will be scheduled for committee hearing in the near future.

The parameters of the hearing will include:

1. Inquire into whether the Family Service Agency is complying with contractual obligations with the City and County of San Francisco.

2.Inquire into current labor practices and labor/management relations.

3.Devise strategies to resolve contract compliance problems, labor/management relations and other problem areas.

4.Other related issues.
