On advice of the City Attorney, Supervisor Peskin moved to amend the title, line 3 by inserting "; waiving ten day rule (Administrative Code Section 67.24(a)(2))"; amend line 15 to add the following resolved clause: "Further Resolved, That the Board of Supervisors finds that, as provided in Administrative Code Section 67.24(a)(2), the public interest would unavoidably and substantially be harmed by compliance with the rule that requires this contract to have been available for public review ten days prior to May 7, in that compliance with the rule would have resulted in substantially higher rates for power acquisition."
