The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m. On call of the roll, the following Supervisors were noted absent:

Motion releasing $100,000 placed on Board of Supervisors reserve for the legal assistance to property owners of limited means program.
Supervisor Ammiano, seconded by Supervisor Sandoval, moved to continue consideration to May 21, 2001.

Providing for the new procedure to be applicable to decisions made by the Planning Commission on or after February 2, 2001 and providing that the code amendments made by this ordinance shall be repealed automatically upon the effective date of legislation that would provide residential and commercial tenants with the right to appeal a conditional use decision to the board of Supervisors that is equivalent to that afforded to property owners.
