Provide all information and services in multiple languages.Provide a clear definition of predatory lending and clearly identify the interest rate and fees/points "triggers" or "thresholds" on a high cost loan; enumerate the predatory lending practices in easy-to-understand language contained in selected materials; disseminate public information to San Francisco residents using the following strategies: Mail informative brochures as part of property tax bills, distribute other informative materials such as refrigerator magnets, index cards, etc., with telephone number referrals to local and federal agencies that can be contacted regarding predatory lending practices; utilize local radio stations to help in public service announcements; work with local non-profit organizations and community groups to disseminate information and organize seminars on predatory lending.The consumer service would also provide
