The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

Supervisor Newsom introduced and presented a Certificate of Honor to Lucy Spector, upon her retirement from her business (owner of Britex Fabrics) on Union Square after 35 years of service.
