The Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco met in regular session on the above date with President Tom Ammiano presiding.

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.On call of the roll, the following Supervisor was noted absent:

Supervisor Maxwell, seconded by Supervisor Gonzalez, moved to approve the minutes of the Board of Supervisors of June 10 and June 17, 2002. The motion carried by the following vote:
