The meeting was called to order at 2:01 p.m. On the call of the roll Supervisors Maxwell, McGoldrick, and Sandoval were noted absent.

There was a quorum.

Supervisors Maxwell, McGoldrick, and Sandoval were noted present at 2:03 p.m.


APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
Supervisor Jew, seconded by Supervisor Mirkarimi, moved to approve the January 8, 2007 Board Meeting Minutes. The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: 11 - Alioto-Pier, Ammiano, Daly, Dufty, Elsbernd, Jew, Maxwell, McGoldrick, Mirkarimi, Peskin, Sandoval
