The legislation will delineate the existing street maintenance obligations for the following street in the vicinity of Candlestick Park.

- Jamestown from Coronado to Hunter's Point Expressway
- Hunter's Point Expressway from Harney to Donhue/Gilman
- Gilman from Donahue to Giants Drive
- Giants Drive from Gilman to end at ballpark
- Ingerson from Griffith to Coronado

In addition, the legislation will modify street maintenance responsibilities and accept these streets for maintenance by DPW and if necessary, effectuate any street vacation or other City action required to effectuate the intent of this legislation.
