Ordinance appropriating $40,520,000 of 2008 Clean and Safe Park Bond sale proceeds fund the improvement and construction at various recreation and park facilities, including $36,875,562 in the Recreation and Park Department and $3,644,438 in the Port Commission for Fiscal Year 2008-2009.

Ordinance appropriating $40,520,000 of 2008 Clean and Safe Park Bond sale proceeds fund the improvement and construction at various recreation and park facilities, including $36,875,562 in the Recreation and Park Department and $3,644,438 in the Port Commission for Fiscal Year 2008-2009, placing $22,163,200 on reserve pending approval of final expenditure plans by the Budget and Finance Committee.
