NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following vacancies, upcoming term expirations and information on currently held seats, appointed by the Board of Supervisors:
Â
Seat 1, Wendy Aragon, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 1, appointed by the District 1 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 2, Susan Kott, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 2, appointed by the District 2 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 3, Steen Knight-Buckley, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 3, appointed by the District 3 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 4, Douglas Jacuzzi, term ending May 8, 2024, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 4, appointed by the District 4 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for a four-year term.

Seat 5, Theodore Loewenberg, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 5, appointed by the District 5 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 6, Amy Zock, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 6, appointed by the District 6 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 7, Joshua Ochoa, term ending May 8, 2024, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 7, appointed by the District 7 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for a four-year term.

Seat 8, Amy Nagegast, term expiring May 8, 2024, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 8, appointed by the District 8 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for a four-year term.

Vacant Seat 9, succeeding Moises Garcia, resigned, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 9, appointed by the District 9 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 10, Anietie Ekanem, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 10, appointed by the District 10 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 11, Jennifer Clary, term expired, must be a resident of the Supervisorial District 11, appointed by the District 11 Supervisor, and have one or more of the following qualifications: represent a community, business, environmental, or environmental justice organization or have knowledge, skill or experience in a field related to public utilities, environmental justice or environmental science, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Vacant Seat 12, succeeding Owen O’Donnell, resigned, must be a resident of the City and County of San Francisco, shall be appointed by the President of the Board of Supervisors, and represent a small business in San Francisco, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Seat 13, Misty McKinney, term expired, must be a resident of the City and County of San Francisco, shall be appointed by the President of the Board of Supervisors, and represent an environmental justice organization, for the unexpired portion of a four-year term ending May 8, 2024.

Reports: Long-term strategic annual reports shall be prepared and submitted. In addition, the committee may at any time submit information, reports, or recommendations to the Board of Supervisors, General Manager of the Public Utilities Commission and each member of the Public Utilities Commission.
