A Message From The Supervisor:
I hope you are all ready for our annual Lunar New Year Celebration on Ocean Avenue! Join us this Saturday, Feb. 17, from 12:00PM - 3:00PM at Unity Plaza on Ocean Avenue. I am excited to celebrate the Year of the Dragon with our communities in the southern neighborhoods of our city!
A complimentary lunch will be provided to the first 400 guests! Be ready for a family-friendly event with delicious food, multicultural performances, games & prizes, and shopping opportunities from local vendors.
RAIN OR SHINE, let's roar into the Year of the Dragon together this Saturday on Ocean Avenue and continue the joyous Lunar New Year celebrations. Sun nien fai lok! Gung Hay Fat Choy!
And on the topic of rain…
Rain is forecast for this weekend. Please plan and prepare for the storm. Visit sfpuc.org/rainreadysf and take advantage of City resources that can help. Remember, 311 is the best way to submit requests to dispatch crews for storm, rain backups or flooding.
As always, my office is available by email: safaistaff@sfgov.org or by phone 415-554-6975 (leave a message and we will call you back).  Please note - if you miss my weekly newsletter, you may find it later the Board of Supervisor’s website. Click HERE to read past newsletters.
