I’m writing to you with an urgent update about the redistricting process.

According to recent draft maps published by the Redistricting Task Force (RDTF), most neighborhoods in D5 would be significantly impacted, and some maps could move as much as half the population out of District 5. 

The new maps are a sharp turn and departure from earlier drafts, some of which obliterate the current D5 boundaries and tear apart historically connected neighborhoods.
