1- Maintaining Critical Services
2- Addressing Affordability
3- Decreasing Inequities
4- Community/Neighborhood Safety
5- Services for the Unhoused
If you have not already, please fill out a budget input form HERE.
Mourning a Legend
It is with sadness that I write about the passing of a true champion for our community. Very few people live up to their labels as community giants or individuals who affect change in ways that are unmatched, Reverend Cecil Williams is one of those people. From feeding the masses, to keeping people from living on the streets, his legacy is larger than life and San Francisco has benefitted from the blessing and the martyr he has undeniably been for community!

Rest in perfect peace Reverend Cecil Williams!
Upcoming Hearings:
- Our office has been working alongside the Language Access Network, the Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs, and our community to strengthen Language Access across our city. The Language Access Ordinance hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 6 at the Rules Committee at 10AM.
- We have requested the second hearing on SFHA's Report of Eugene Burger Management Corporation, regarding the quality of services provided at the Sunnydale and Potrero Hill HOPE SF sites. This hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 20 at the Rules Committee at 10am.
As always, if you have any questions or matters concerning District 10, please email my office at waltonstaff@sfgov.org.

- April 18 - We held the first townhall of the budget season. Thank you to budget chair Supervisor Connie Chan for presenting the board of supervisor budget process and for being in community. I was excited to see such a huge turnout of residents and stakeholders engaged in the budget process. We listened a lot and are deeply concerned about proposed reductions to services. But will be fighting to make communities whole
