NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following seat information and term expirations (in bold), appointed by the Board of Supervisors:
Seat 1, succeeding Jason Oringer, term expired, must represent employees in labor matters, for a two-year term ending December 17, 2021.
Seat 2, succeeding Dave Marin, term expired, must have significant experience acquiring goods or services for a public entity, for a two-year term ending December 17, 2021.
Seat 3, succeeding Yuval Miller, term expired, must have significant experience as an advocate for human rights or for the poor, for a two-year term ending December 17, 2021.
Seat 4, succeeding Julienne Fisher, term expired, must be a member of the public, for a two-year term ending December 17, 2021.
Vacant Seat 5, succeeding Robert Rosoff, resigned, must be a member of the public, for a two-year term ending December 17, 2021.
Report: The Sweatfree Procurement Advisory Group shall submit an annual report to the Director of the Office of Contract Administration and the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement that contains any recommendations on the administration, implementation, and enforcement of San Francisco Administrative Code, Chapter 12U, or the application of this Chapter to other goods. The report shall include the supporting information upon which each recommendation is based, and a report on the financial impact that adoption of the recommendation will have on the City and County of San Francisco.

Members of the Rules Committee will consider the appointment(s) at the meeting and applicants may be asked to state their qualifications. The appointment(s) of individual(s) who are recommended by the Rules Committee will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.
