PUBLIC UTILITIES REVENUE BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following vacancies (in bold)  and term expirations, appointed by the Board of Supervisors. 

 

Seat 1, Ettore Leale, term expiring November 12, 2023, must have expertise, skills and experience in economics, the environment, construction or project management, for a four-year term.

 

Seat 2, Lars Kamp, term expiring November 12, 2024, must have expertise, skills and experience in economics, the environment, construction or project management, for a four-year term.

 

ExclusionsNo current officer or employee of the City shall be appointed to this Committee, and members of the Committee shall be subject to applicable conflict of interest provisions of local and state law.  No vendor, contractor or consultant of the City that performs work funded by bonds issued by the City shall be appointed to this Committee.

 

Report:  The Committee shall issue a report at least once a year on the result of its activities.

 

Sunset Date:  January 1, 2025.

Pursuant to Board of Supervisors Rules of Order, Section 2.19, applicants applying for this Commission must complete and submit, with their application, a copy (not original) of Form 700 (Statement of Economic Interests).  Applications will not be considered if a copy of Form 700 (Statement of Economic Interests) is not submitted.  Form 700 (Statement of Economic Interests) may be obtained at http://www.sfbos.org/form700.

 

Next Steps:  Applicants who meet minimum qualifications will be contacted by the Rules Committee Clerk once the Rules Committee Chair determines the date of the hearing.  Members of the Rules Committee will consider the appointment(s) at the meeting and applicant(s) may be asked to state their qualifications.  The appointment(s) of individual(s) who are recommended by the Rules Committee will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final approval.
